Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. Monday-Thursday for next day delivery.
Our shipping days are Mondays through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. We also do not ship outside Pinellas County on holidays recognized by UPS (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
Orders received anytime on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be accepted for next-day shipment the following Monday or another valid date you select.
We Got The Crabs cannot guarantee the delivery time, as this is all subject to the local carrier. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing it early and scheduling it to arrive a day before your event. In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable circumstances, we may have your order shipped early to ensure it arrives in good condition.
We Got The Crabs is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is, therefore, entirely outside our control.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order and in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a request must be submitted to info@wegotthecrabs.com 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. We Got The Crabs is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
The products are shipped in a corrugated box using insulated walls and Gel Packs. Gel packs are often made of non-toxic materials that will not liquefy and will not spill or contaminate if the container breaks. Gel packs may be made from hydroxyethyl cellulose (Cellusize™) or vinyl-coated silica gel.
Cancellation is required three calendar days prior delivery date to receive a full refund. Email info@wegotthecrabs.com for assistance. Example: If you order for Thursday delivery, you must cancel your order by Monday 12 p.m. EST. Any cancellation requests after the 3-day window will not qualify for a refund.
We Got The Crabs partners with a third-party “Insurify” to provide insurance coverage on order shipments. If your package is delivered a day late from the promised delivery date, you are eligible through a “damaged product and shipping box” claim to receive a reshipment of your order. Insurify will also offer protection against lost or stolen packages.
Insurify is responsible for all claims submitted and will execute the requested solution. All claims must be submitted with Insurify directly within ten calendar days of the scheduled delivery date, not through We Got The Crabs or UPS.
